DAY 8 Sibenik - Trogir 80 MILES

Trogir (approximately 80 nm) is located in the center of Croatia’s coastline and situated on an islet between the mainland’s rolling hills and Ciovo island. Settled as a Greek colony, it is one of the oldest mediaeval towns in Croatia. Split is the economic and administrative center of “middle Dalmatia,” settled at the end of the 3rd century AD when the Roman Emperor Diocletian built his palace. The Emperor’s well-preserved palace and several historical museums form the heart of Split’s cultural district.

Trogir

Trogir (approximately 80 nm) is located in the center of Croatia’s coastline and situated on an islet between the mainland’s rolling hills and Ciovo island. DAY 10 Trogir - Hvar 30 MILES

An approximate 30 nm sail brings you to the island of Hvar, one of the longest Adriatic islands and host to lavender fields, olive groves and vineyards. Settled in the 4th century BC, Hvar features architectural monuments from ancient Greece through the Renaissance. Its natural landscapes are magnificent and due to its mild winter climate and rich subtropical vegetation, it is also known as the Croatian Madeira.

DAY 11 Hvar - Scedr 15 MILES

Scedr

The wooded island of Scedr (approximately 15 nm) is home to archeological sites both on the island and its surrounding sea bed. Visit the remains of the Dominican monastery “Our Lady of Mercy” dated from 1465. Leave late afternoon for the island of Korcula, an approximate 25 nm passage, where it is believed the famous travel writer Marco Polo was born. In addition to its vineyards and olive trees, quiet coves and beaches sprinkled along its southern coast, Korcula is host to many legends, tales and archaeological monuments.
DAY 12 Scedr - Mljet 35 MILES

Mljet

About 35 nm from Korcula is the island of Mljet, the greenest and most densely wooded in the Adriatic, lies parallel to the Peljesac Peninsula. According to legend, Odysseus was cast by the sea onto the island of Mljet and ended up in the arms of Calypso. A third of the island is national park, making this an ideal spot to swim and sunbathe, or rent a bike and ride around the park. The anchorage lies within a fjord, which is ideal for water sports and shoreside excursions.

Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik (approximately 45 nm) is considered the jewel of Croatia and is best known for its well-preserved historical center contained within 13th century city walls, its terracotta rooftops, and its stunning location overlooking the Adriatic. Late afternoon, steam to Cavtat, an attractive and historical seaside resort.
