There, you meet the captain and the crew and are offered welcome drinks and appetizers while you are shown around the yacht. We will soon depart Athens for Cape Sounion. Cape Sounion is noted as the site of ruins of an ancient Greek temple of Poseidon, god of the sea in classical mythology. The remains are perched on the headland, surrounded on three sides by the sea. According to legend, Cape Sounion is the spot where Aegeus, king of Athens, leapt to his death off the cliff, thus giving his name to the Aegean Sea. Below the temple is a small bay with crystal clear waters and a lovely beach. Enjoy the waters from the swim deck of your yacht swimming under the shadow of the ancient temple. Afterwards enjoy a dinner with gourmet tastes prepared by your chef. You can enjoy the sunset with its bright orange colours having a drink on the deck. It is one of the best places to view it in Greece. We will anchor in the bay for the night
